Then this online workshop is for you.

We will be discussing, reflecting and trying out techniques to better manage challenging conversation. You gain some insights into what drives conflict and also your own style. Practical communication tools will be shared and practiced to equip you for future conversations.

While we are meeting online you can expect

– Some brief pre-work to get your mind ready for what is to follow

– Interactive and reflective parts during 2 online days

– A practical follow-up session, to enhance your learning experience
