SFB 1744 at the 4th Munich Brain Day

On 12 June 2026, the Munich neuroscience community gathered at the Max Planck Institute for Biological Intelligence in Martinsried for the 4th Munich Brain Day — an annual event bringing together researchers from across Munich to exchange ideas and foster interdisciplinary collaboration.


SFB 1744 was well represented: Anna-Sophia Wahl presented her work on neuronal rewiring after stroke ("Neuronal recoding and rewiring as a prerequisite for functional recovery after stroke"), and Nick Plesnila delivered a talk as part of the clinical neuroscience session. SFB 1744 PI Simon Jacob contributed to the organisation of the event as a member of the Organizing Committee.
